LZ300X Water Power Control Slow Closing Check Valve

Brief Introduction

LZ300X Slow Closing Check Valve is composed of main valve, single way valve, needle valve, ball valve, pressure gauge and tube system. Slow closing check valve is installed at the pump exit of high-rise building water supply system and other water supply system. The valve have the functions from electric valve, check valve and water-hammer arrestor, can enhance the safety and reliability of water supply system, and integrate technology of slow opening, fast closing, slowing closing to eliminate water hammer. Simply operate the pump motor button, valve can automatically open and close in accordance with the pump, high flow rate, low pressure loss.

Working Principle

When valve started to supply water from inlet, water flows into main valve control room via needle adjust valve and single way check valve, then drain to downstream via ball valve. Open degree of needle valve is smaller than ball valve, which means main valve control room draining speed is higher than inflow speed, the pressure of control valve will drop, the pressure on disc bottom will open main valve and drain to downstream. When pipe stopped water supply, if the water of downstream flows back, a part of water will flows into main valve control room via ball valve, and because of the single way check valve, it will not flow out of control room, which leads the control room pressure increasing, closing main valve slowly.
